If a Promo Code isn’t working, it may be due to one of the three problems listed below.
Problem #1: The Promo Code isn’t for a current offer.
Solution: Make sure you are using a Promo Code for a current offer. There is a date range given for every FirstSupply.com discount offer. If you are trying to use a Promo Code before an offer has started, or after an offer has expired, the code won’t work.
Problem #2: Your cart total doesn’t fall within the limits of an offer.
Solution: Make sure your cart total falls within the limits set by the offer. Offers have maximum (and sometimes minimum) dollar requirements. If an offer states that there is a $5,000 maximum order limit, the Promo Code for that offer won’t work if you have more than $5,000 of merchandise in your cart. Likewise, if an offer states that there is a $250 minimum requirement, the Promo Code won’t work if you have less than $250 of merchandise in your cart.
Problem #3: The Promo Code doesn’t correspond to your order size.
Solution: If there are multiple Promo Codes shown in an offer, make sure you are using the one that fits the dollar amount that matches your order. For example, Buy More Save More offers typically display up to three Promo Codes with increasing discounts for larger orders. In the example below, someone with a $1,000 order would need to use the second Promo Code. If they wanted to get the biggest discount, they could add items to their cart to increase their order size above $1,250 and would then use the third Promo Code. If they added so much to their cart that their total ended up at $5,100, the third Promo Code wouldn’t work because the offer has a $5,000 maximum order limit. At that point, they could remove items from their cart to get down to the $5,000 limit.
