- All thermoplastic flanges shall be produced from PVC Type I Cell Classification 12454 or CPVC Type IV Cell Classification 23447. Bolt hole patterns shall conform to ANSI/ASME B-16.5 CL 150. All flanges shall be constructed from materials certified for potable water use by NSF International. All 1/2 in through 16 in injection molded flanges and all fabricated flanges with steel rings shall be pressure rated to 150 psi for water at 73 deg F, as manufactured by Spears® Manufacturing Company.
