Yes. Information is exchanged between First Supply’s billing system and Kodaris throughout the day, so there may be a slight delay in seeing open balance and invoice updates due to timing.

Yes, you can set custom date range filters by clicking on the funnels next to the date column that you want to filter by. Select from a specific date or define your own custom range to filter your invoice.
Yes, click on the funnel next to the column you want to search, then enter in your search criteria to filter your view.
Once in Kodaris, navigate to the Open Invoices tab on the left-hand side and select the invoice you need the copy of.
Log into the Kodaris portal and navigate to open invoices. Select the invoices you wish to pay and hit the “Make Payment” button in the upper right-hand corner. If you have made a payment before, your information will be stored in the system.
A surcharge is an additional fee added to the cost of goods and services beyond its originally quoted price. Surcharges are enabled for Credit Cards at 2.75%. Surcharges are not allowed on debit cards or ACH payments.
