Delivery Status for FS Truck Deliveries
Our NEW Delivery Details feature gives you visibility into the status of orders being delivered by First Supply Truck.
Where to Find Delivery Details
You can access delivery updates in three convenient places:
- A new Delivery Details tab on the homepage
- A tile on the Mobile App
- A dedicated Delivery Details page within My Account
Delivery Status Meanings
First Supply truck deliveries will display the following status:
Uploaded to GPS – Order has been scheduled and added to the system
Enroute – Delivery is on the way
On-Site – Delivery has arrived at the destination
Delivered – Order has arrived
How is Information Organized?
- The homepage table will only show today's deliveries.
- The Delivery Details page within My Account will go back one week.
- Orders are automatically sorted by most recent Ship Date first, making it easy to find your latest deliveries.
Who Can See Delivery Status Information?
The new Delivery Status feature is available to customers who are logged into FirstSupply.com.
