NEW Expanded Pick Up Availability
Need an item that’s Out of Stock at your local branch? You now have more opportunities to place online Pick Up orders.
What Changed?
Before
- If an item was Out of Stock at your local branch, you couldn’t place a Pick Up order for that item online.
After
- Now, you can place a Pick Up order online as long as an item is In Stock at DC1.
NOTE: Pick Up will still be unavailable when an item is out of stock at both your local branch and DC1.
What You'll See Online
When inventory is being sourced from DC1, product pages will display a Next Day Pick Up message so you know the item can still be ordered for branch pickup.
During checkout, you'll also see a reminder that orders placed after 5:00 PM CT may not be available for pickup until the next business day.
