- 24V Ductless Interface Kit (KSAIC0801230) is engineered to simplify third-party thermostat integration and deliver more consistent, reliable system control. This new interface features an integrated 24V transformer, a 12V On/Off output for additional auxiliary heat source, and a dedicated Dehumidification (DH) On/Off switch, providing greater flexibility when pairing ductless systems with a preferred 24V thermostats. This release consolidates multiple legacy interfaces into one streamlined SKU, reducing ordering complexity and making field applications more efficient. Designed exclusively for ductless systems, the new interface is compatible with a broad range of R454B indoor units, ensuring wide applicability across today’s ductless installations.
- Compatibility- Works with all R454B models except Value Tier high walls; compatible with R410A Cassettes, HS/Slim Duct, and 18K+ Ceiling/Floor Consoles; not compatible with R410A High Wall or R410A Floor Console
- Applications- Designed for ductless equipment; not for VRF systems
- Device Connections - HA/HB (2-wire), RS485 (4-wire); supports indoor multifunctional boards (XYE)
- Additional Connections - Optional On/Off Heat Source (12V, 20mA)
- Supports third-party 24V thermostats via DIP switches
- RT1 Thermistor - Must be installed on 24V Interface; optional extension wires available (RC)
