- The RIDGID® Quick Acting CSST Cutter utilizes many of the well-known design features of the best-in-class Quick Acting Tubing Cutters but adapted specifically for cutting CSST. We've taken our best-in-class tubing cutter and adapted it for CSST. The features on the Model 151 CSST make for a quick, clean, consistent and accurate cut that is expected of a RIDGID® product.
