“My Account” Features
The My Lists feature provides a way to save orders or groups of products and set reminders for future ordering. You can even share lists with “Read-Only” or “Editing” permissions.
The Quick Order feature lets customers download, populate and upload Excel templates to quickly add up to 500 rows to their cart.
View, filter and place bulk reorders within Order History. To reorder an entire order, go to your Order History page within My Account, click the order number of the order you wish to place again and click “Reorder.” All items from the selected order will be placed into your cart.
The User Administration feature lets you to manage site users within your own company. You can add users, deactivate users and change permission levels easily. To add a user, fill in the required fields, assign a role and an approver. The new user will receive an activation email to create a password and then be able to log into the website under the company account.
Finding & Ordering Products
Delivery or Pick Up
Choose between having your order delivered or picking it up at a specific branch. You can select Delivery or Pick Up when logging in, or by visiting your My Account page at any time. When selecting pick up from a branch, the website will show inventory for that branch, with a “total” link to view stock at other branches.
Set default preferences by going to My Account and selecting a preferred order method and branch under the Delivery/Pick Up heading.
Finding the nearest branch can be done using the Locations page, linked from both the top and bottom of the website. Locations can be searched by zip code, city, state or location name. Users can also view store hours and directions via Google Maps.

Enhanced search functionality allows users to search by product title, product description, item number and keywords. As you type in the search box, recommended products and categories appear to help you quickly find the correct item.
